Today, we begin week three of the re-opening of our schools. Despite some bumps in the road, our students have enjoyed a positive experience returning to the classroom, and that is because of you!
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to you for the incredible effort, dedication, and passion that you bring to your work.
We recognize the tremendous time, effort and energy you have dedicated to making the reopening of our schools a success. Thank you for providing a warm and welcoming experience for your students and your colleagues.
Despite the changes we have had to make, the overwhelming feedback from our students and families is one of gratitude. We have an extraordinary staff with a resolute spirit that continues to define our West Islip community.
Together, we will continue to face this crisis with determination and, while there will be factors beyond our control that may cause disruption in our regular routines, we cannot be discouraged or derailed from our goals. We must always support one another: WITA STRONG is UNION STRONG!
