On Monday, we celebrate Labor Day, the one day out of the year that celebrates workers. As a new school year starts the Executive Board of WITA would like to thank all of our teachers for the great work you have done over the past 18 months to transition from remote learning to hybrid learning and back to in person learning. You have shown the great resolve that makes you some of the best teachers on Long Island and you have done all of this while keeping our students safe.
We hope that everyone has a Happy and Healthy Labor Day and a great school year.
