One-to-one conversations lay the foundation for communication with our members. It is how we build the kind of solidarity and power we need to deal with the upcoming attacks by wealthy special interests who want to dismantle our unions through the Janus case and beyond. It is how we promote Our Voice, Our Union, and Our Values!
Whether you have had One-to-One conversations or are just embarking on this process, you will learn from this workshop and each other. We will focus on techniques for messaging, listening and agitating as well as the best answers to difficult questions our members may have.
