The West Islip Teachers' Association Public Relations Committee is now running a supply drive to help stock the West Islip Essential Needs Pantry. The pantry is organized by the West Islip School District’s Social Work department. It relies on donations to provide necessary household items to families in the community. Items needed include household cleaning supplies, personal hygiene items (soap/shampoo/deodorant/toilet paper/toothbrushes/toothpaste), baby care products (baby food/diapers/wipes), and feminine care items.
Donations may be dropped off with your building's social worker or left in the designated boxes in each school’s lobby near the Security Desk.
In addition to dropping off supplies, you can also purchase items from the Essential Needs Amazon List below. Deliveries can be sent directly to Udall Road Middle School when choosing a shipping address and will be added to the pantry.
