A Message from the Executive Board
Once again, graduating seniors of any WITA member are invited to apply for both the Long Island Teachers’ Benevolent Fund (LIBTF) Len Motisi Memorial Scholarship and the West Islip Teachers’ Association Memorial Scholarship. Applications for both the LIBTF Scholarship and the WITA Memorial Scholarship can be found on the West Islip Teachers’ Association website or by clicking the links below.
To complete the Len Motisi Memorial Scholarship application, members will need WITA’s Local #, 21-055, and their NYSUT Member #, which can be found by logging into the NYSUT website or contacting WITA President Joe Dixon. The Len Motisi Memorial Scholarship Application is due to the WITA president by March 3, 2025, and the WITA Memorial Scholarship is due by April 10, 2025.
